A United States Coast Guard Reserve veteran, Jeff knows what it means to serve, protect, and fight for what matters most. His military background instilled in him an unshakable resolve—a trait that continues to define his work as a filmmaker, entrepreneur, and thought leader.

Helen is a seasoned professional who brings together artistic excellence and administrative mastery to drive value in diverse business environments. As a talented visual artist, she has earned recognition for transforming storefronts, restaurants, and office spaces into branded visual experiences.

Through custom murals and intricate window art, Helen creates work that not only elevates ambiance but also serves as a strategic marketing tool—capturing attention, reinforcing identity, and boosting customer engagement. Her creative process is rooted in collaboration, color theory, and precision, making each project a bespoke extension of a client’s brand.

In addition to her creative expertise, Helen brings over 19 years of experience as a highly effective administrative professional within fast-paced, service-driven operations. She has led essential business functions including inventory and vendor management, accounts payable coordination, employee training, client communication, and scheduling. Known for her attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, she ensures workflows are efficient, compliant, and customer-centered.

Her experience also includes onboarding and mentoring new team members, managing complex logistics with ease, and fostering cohesive team dynamics. Whether overseeing daily operations or bringing a wall to life with a brush, Helen combines creativity and structure to elevate any space or team she’s part of.

As Deputy Director of Full Armor TV, Helen plays a pivotal role in shaping the network’s vision and operations. Her rare blend of creative insight and administrative expertise makes her an indispensable force behind the scenes. From overseeing production schedules and managing internal workflows to contributing to branding and visual direction, she ensures the network runs smoothly while maintaining its mission-driven identity. DR. RICK YOUNG

SPIRITUAL ADVISOR

Dr. Rick Young serves as the esteemed Spiritual Advisor to Full Armor TV, offering decades of wisdom, leadership, and strategic insight shaped by a unique blend of high-level government service, military valor, and deep theological scholarship. A retired senior special agent and decorated Vietnam War veteran, Dr. Young has dedicated his life to both national service and spiritual guidance. His early career in the U.S. Army Military Police and later tenure with the U.S. Department of Labor’s criminal investigative division positioned him as a trusted protector and detail leader—experiences that now inform his work in ministry and media with unmatched credibility.

As an ordained expert in eschatology and emergency preparedness, Dr. Young brings a critical voice to Full Armor TV’s mission of equipping believers for the days ahead. He currently directs the Bible-based Emergency Preparation Ministry, a platform that educates churches and communities on readiness and security from a biblical perspective. His service has taken him to some of the world’s most volatile regions—including Kabul, Afghanistan and remote areas of Kenya—where he has provided safety planning and spiritual support to missionary teams.

Dr. Young is also a published author and editor, with scholarly works including “Matters of Consequence: Critical Eschatological Issues Impacting Endtime Preparation” and the second edition of “Combat Police: U.S. Army Military Police in Vietnam.” His academic credentials include a PhD in Eschatology, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, and an honorary Doctor of Sacred Letters (D.Litt), reflecting both his scholarly contributions and spiritual impact. He is also a recipient of numerous awards, including the FBI Director’s Commendation, the New Jersey Distinguished Service Medal, and the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award.

In his advisory role at Full Armor TV, Dr. Young ensures that the network remains firmly grounded in biblical truth while engaging with contemporary challenges. He contributes to both spiritual direction and content strategy, helping to shape programming that is not only theologically sound but also practically empowering. With a voice that resonates across military, ministerial, and media circles, Dr. Rick Young is an invaluable pillar in Full Armor TV’s mission to uplift, prepare, and inform believers worldwide.
